It is the opinion of this blogger and has been for many years that most blood pressure issues are a product of a stressful modern life. If we will just take some time to decompress and focus on ourselves, just imagine the potential for a healthier, happier life. Yoga is as old as humanity. In other cultures creating fluidity and movement in the body and energy go by a different name, yet all of these practices are designed with a similar intent. Move Energy, Create Healing.
