For my Wife -- Nori

Because my wife is a nut for nori. Enjoy. While I cannot commit to enjoying nori, I can appreciate that is has tremendous health benefits for the body from a nutritional standpoint. However, this is true for almost all algae's and seaweeds. The amount of iodine and b vitamins is very energizing for almost anybody. As much as we see people with low energy levels, we could certainly say the more sea veggies you eat, the more energy you will have.
Almost all of your sea veggies are great sources of protein as well. You could turn nori or other seaweeds into a great afternoon snack or a powerful contributor to any soup recipe as well to boost nutritional capacity. However, honey, that does not mean I want nori in my soup anytime soon.
