Walking in the Woods for Health

Nature is healing. Nature is loving. Nature is power. Nature is holding space for us to connect to our heart in ways that can only be experienced in the wild. It seems that the power of nature is so overwhelming in it's effects that scientists want to discover this power and are producing studies to show how healing a walk in the woods can be. In the following article the Japanese use the term "Forest Bathing". I love it. Most of you have done Sun bathing. However,  how many of you go forest bathing on a regular basis.
