The Art of Questioning

The right question at the right time can change the world.
I am sure that if you have been reading this blog then you have probably had your perspective challenged a time or two by what has been posted. Recently I was given a book after one of my classes. The name of this book was How Do You Kill 11 Million People. I suggest you pick up a copy and give it a read. This book outlines a basic understanding of how do we, as a human family, allow for incredible events to take place and happen and never question the integrity or motive behind such events. In this case it was mostly about how the jewish population of Germany ever allowed themselves to be eradicated in the way they did. The book questions how did Hitler even come to power and how was he able to create genocide against the Jews. The answer that is most obvious in the book is the power of the lie. People in positions of power many times will tell you what you want to hear so that they can maintain their place as an authoritative figure. There is great pride in maintaining a system that is broken and impossible to rationally understand; yet, it is this system that gives the current authorities in every major industry that power and pride. Einstein said long ago that continuing to do the same thing over and over expecting a different result was the definition of insanity. I happen to agree, do you?
Yesterday's blog on the myth of chemical imbalance's that cause depression may or may not have rubbed many the wrong way. Yet my intent is to ask questions and move to the thread of truth that exist in all things. I do not blindly trust anything or anyone. Trust is mine to be given to the thing or person that deserves it and passes my internal test to receive it. Trust can only be given from the heart. Trust is not a process of rationalization. Trust is the microscope of life that allows for us to dissect and examine everything to find the truth that is most important for us to know in that moment. It is an expression of feeling the common thread of love and balance and harmony in one's path. The purpose of this thread is to awaken an instinct. This instinct does not bow down to any authority, and it questions everything looking for truth. Complacency is not a virtue, however, discovery can be.
Do you believe that government is looking out for you?
Do you believe that humans have no way of living a happy or productive without the current system in place?
Do you believe that Big Pharma and Medical want you to heal?
If so, then how come everything that they make strips life from the body and never regenerates the life giving processes of the body?
Do you believe that your belief systems are required for your identity?
Do you believe that Creator did not perfect humans, and that only man can do this?
Do you believe your happiness comes from your ability to have power over others?
Do you believe that you cannot change things?
Do you believe that your voice is to small to effect change?
Do you believe things will get figured out for you because those in power know what is best for you?
Do you believe that the money you earn is yours or does part of it belong to somebody else?
Do you believe that you have a spiritual purpose?
Do you believe that you have the power to love unconditionally?
Do you believe that you have the ability to live your dreams?
Do you want unconditional Freedom and Liberty to live your life as you choose?
Do you think you can handle complete freedom?

These list of questions are not meant to be politically pointed. These questions are not meant to
be truths. These questions are meant to be asked. These questions are meant to be figured out.
This is a small list that barely touches the tip of the iceberg. There is a whole lot of iceberg that is yet to be discovered, yet we must be willing to ask the right questions and challenge our beliefs to move forward.

When we refuse to question - we refuse to be aware. When we refuse to be aware - we refuse to live consciously. At that point, can we even claim to be engaged with living a meaningful life?

You are the most powerful healing force in your life. Nobody has more vested interest in your well-being than you do. Will you stand up in yourself and help to illuminate the light of truth on the world? Will you feed the flames of illumination that help cast away the shadows?

Art expresses passion. Questions express yearning. Combine passion and yearning and you have the fuel to change the World.

"Nothing can stop and idea whose time has come."
Victor Hugo
"Be the change you wish to see in the World."
Ghandi

Both of these statements are powerful beyond reckoning. Both of them are the product of passion and yearning.
