Parsley has been used as a very effective diuretic herb for quite some while. You will find parsley in most of the more effective diuretic products on the market. Another use for parsley, aside from the effects on the kidneys, is it's ability to dry up breast milk in mothers that are finished with breastfeeding. Sage is also another good alternative for that as well.
